Between coaching and career planning, there’s a space where you design the work of your life.
Maybe it's a venture, a project, a passion, a movement. Or maybe it's just an ambitious pull saying there's more in you than you know what to do with.
A Beautiful Power Circle is an 8-week small-group strategic design experience that gives you the space, the structure, and the people to clarify and direct the work you believe in—from who you are, not who you are told to be.
It offers an original process that integrates design thinking, brand strategy, method acting techniques, and practical planning to turn purpose into a focused 90-day project and a plan to act on it.

For women graduating, early in their careers, or evolving direction. You know you have immense potential but cannot yet shape what your true work is, why it matters, or how you can make it an integral part of your life.
Expansion is about gravitational ambition rather than about climbing ladders. Women who live into more of who they are become more able to generate meaningful possibilities—for themselves and for others.
Circle women have come from academia, engineering, film, the arts, entrepreneurship, investing, and corporate leadership. Your walk of life does not matter, nor does your age. What matters is your willingness to reflect, discuss, and discover what purposeful work means to you.

A veteran actor and lifetime member of The Actors Studio, Brenda has spent over 40 years in film, television, and theater. As CEO of K-Tek and adjunct faculty at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, she brings Method Acting into the Circle as a practice for honest expression, presence, and creative courage.
