It's hard to do. And I do it every time. For two decades I built brands for the world's most admired companies including HP, Nike, Audi, Coca-Cola. Then I left the top of that world. It wasn't the hardest thing I've left.
We are not disconnected. We are overridden.
Existing systems of power override what’s possible in service of what’s expected from a woman. I choose my own frame of ambition. My purpose is to make Beautiful Power visible so that more women can lead real change—in their own lives and beyond.
